[Release Notes](https://dealer.vehiclelyfe.com/migration/knowledge/release-notes?hsLang=en) # Release | Carrot, TradePending, Zip Codes, Etc. ## 2019 It seems we are starting a Tuesday trend.  Put new stuff and fixes out and then grab some tacos.  It helps when you have a Mexican restaurant next door.  But that's us, what does this mean for you? Carrots. What are the carrots you are chasing?  Might those be: - what does my customer want for the trade?   - what do they want to pay for this car? - do I even have a customer???!!!! ​![Screen Shot 2019-08-27 at 11.34.18 AM](https://dealer.vehiclelyfe.com/hs-fs/hubfs/Release%20Notes/Screen%20Shot%202019-08-27%20at%2011.34.18%20AM.png?width=688&name=Screen%20Shot%202019-08-27%20at%2011.34.18%20AM.png)​ These are the most pertinent questions illumiQUOTE answers and we are working to make those answers more apparent to you.  Step 1 is to actually put a carrot in front of those items on the stats page.  Step 2 (coming soon) is to get those carrots into your CRM and Step 3 (also near) is to put them in your SMS and/or email inbox.  We needed to show them in illumiQUOTE better for technical auditing purposes on steps 2 & 3.
